As a ministry that is building from the ground up we have stepped out in faith and invested all of our personal resources to start this ministry while continuing to work in a vocation God has provided. We know this is a ministry that has a real purpose and a plan from God, because as the men go so go the family. So here are a few of the key needs we are asking for others to join us in:

1. Prayer - We need more people praying for us individually and as a ministry. We are asking for God to provide someone to be the lead person for this prayer team, who will meet with us regularly and then seek others to join them in daily prayer. This is a volunteer position at this time.
2. Administrative Assistant - This is a critical role that needs to be filled on a part time basis right now and we know in the future this will be the first additional full time person in this ministry. There are many clerical and administrative tasks that if filled would free Tom up to make even more contacts and reach even more men and churches. This is a volunteer position at this time.
3. Material and resources - We actually have a couple opportunities to have office space and the material needs like desks, file cabinets, phone line prevent us from moving to one of those spaces. If you have any of these and would be willing to donate them to RPM please call us or e mail us and let us know. We can supply anyone interested in this a more detailed list of office supplies on request.
4. Financial - I list this last because it is the most difficult to ask for, but it is most critical that we continue to build financial support for the operation of this ministry. We know there are many great and worthy places to give to and we also realize this is all a gift from God.
